Mr. Diao was born and raised in Djoloff, Senegal before he migrated to the United States in 2002 with his family. Upon landing in New York, Mr. Diao continued his education and received a General Education Degree (GED) and enrolled in college in 2005. Mr. Diao holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in construction management from New York University Tandon School of Engineering.

Dr. James P. Lawler is Professor of Disability Studies and Information Systems at the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems of Pace University in New York City. Dr. Lawler is engaged in helping municipal and non-profit organizations in introducing people-centered technologies for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities (IDD) in inner-city metropolitan regions of New York.

Dr. Diadie is a Dermatologist-Venereologist who graduated from the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. He holds degrees from the University of Paris 7 in the management of HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infection (STIs). Dr. Diadie is a full time Professor-Researcher and the Chief Dermatologist at the Dalaljam University Hospital in Dakar.
Dr. Diadie is the Author of more than twenty (20) scientific publications.

Bella Oumar Ndiaye graduated from Gaston Berger University (UGB) of Saint louis in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in African literature. In 2005, he attended Fastef (ex ENS) a prestigious teacher training school in Dakar. He received his professional diploma to teach English in junior and high schools in 2007. He also obtained training certificates in conflict prevention and management delivered by USAID and World Education.
